Prior to Peak to Peak Charter School, Mr. Hazen was the Principal at The Center for Discovery Learning (K-12th grade charter school) in Lakewood, Colorado from 2000-2003. In addition, from 1994–2000 he was the Assistant Director for Projects, Americorps, National Civilian Community Corps, in Denver Colorado.

Jacie Engel

Originally from central New York, Jacie earned her BFA in Art Education from Syracuse University. In 2006, motivated by the active and outdoor lifestyle, she made the decision to move to Boulder, Colorado. Now, she splits her time between teaching Art and PE at the Bridge School and working with little ones at a local preschool.
