Our textbook re-sale is always a great success. This is a great way to buy your student's lightly used books
at reduced prices by avoiding middlemen and shipping costs. In this way, both buyers and sellers get a better
deal!
Here's what you do:
print this page,
read all of the rules,
sign it to acknowledge that you are aware of the rules of the sale,
bring it in when you drop off your books.
Create a label for each book you want to sell on a 2x2 yellow stickie note with the following info:
If you leave off the price, ParentOrg will price it for you.
On the back of this signed page (or attach a separate sheet to it), photocopy the stickies for your books
(this is our contract to sell the designated books). Then put your labels INSIDE the front cover of each book
(INSIDE the cover, so they don't get torn off when the books are handled).
Any improperly or unlabelled books will be considered a donation to ParentOrg.
Bring properly labelled textbooks you want to sell AND the signed list of rules with copies of the labels
in to school BEFORE JUNE 30 to avoid increased fees.
This year we will conduct the sale primarily via email. We don't have space to set out

basis. Your student's schedule has a textbook list at the bottom of the page.
Let us know which ones you need, and whether you prefer BestPrice or BestCondition
(books in better condition generally cost more). During the weeks of Aug 9th and
we will fill orders and let you know when they are ready to be picked up and paid for.
We WILL have all remaining books available for sale during Registration on Aug 17th.
Pickup your unsold books the week of Sept 6-10. Any books unclaimed by Sept 10th are considered a
donation to ParentOrg.
At the end of September, ParentOrg will pay you a percentage of the price of your books that sold.
ParentOrg will retain:
10% of books brought in by JUNE 30
25% of books brought in by JULY 31
50% of books brought in on or after AUG 1
